研調機構 Counterpoint Research 最新發布的全球手機型號銷售追蹤報告（Global Handset Model Sales Tracker）顯示，Apple iPhone 15 系列穩坐2024年全球最暢銷智慧型手機寶座，在台灣市場更是熱銷霸主。Apple與 Samsung依然穩居全球十大最暢銷機型榜單的主導地位，其他品牌已連續三年未能進入前十，而台灣市場全年手機總銷量達502萬部，較前年成長5％。
Counterpoint Research 市調結果顯示，Apple的iPhone 15在2024年成為全球銷售冠軍，美國與中國市場貢獻了近半數的全球銷量；而 收購手機iPhone 15 Pro Max 與 收購手機iPhone 15 Pro 分別位居第二、第三名，顯示消費者對 Pro 系列的偏好明顯上升。
iPhone熱銷更是稱霸台灣市場，雖然冠軍並非由iPhone系列，但收購手機iPhone 15 Pro Max（256GB）為年度最受歡迎旗艦機，iPhone系列第二才是iPhone 15（128GB），而僅開賣一季的iPhone 16系列中，iPhone 16 Pro更賣到台灣排行榜第四名的佳績，iPhone排行榜的第三名。
2024年iPhone Pro機型全年銷量首次超過所有iPhone銷量的一半，這反映出 Apple 在高端市場的策略成功。透過優惠的分期付款方案與舊機換新活動，Apple加速高端化趨勢，吸引更廣泛的消費族群，特別是在新興市場。這一趨勢也讓Apple首次進入2024年第4季印度前五大智慧型手機品牌，擴展其全球市場影響力。
此外，Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra成為自2018年以來首款進入年度十大榜單的Galaxy S系列機型，這款手機也是首款搭載生成式 AI（GenAI）技術的 Galaxy 智慧型手機，成功吸引市場關注。
Samsung 將GenAI技術作為核心賣點，帶動市場需求，取得先發優勢。其中，聊天 / 筆記助手（Chat/Note Assist）、圈選即搜尋（Circle to Search）及即時翻譯（Live Translation） 等功能獲得消費者高度好評，進一步提升使用者體驗。
地區銷售表現方面，2024年Galaxy S24系列超過半數的銷量來自美國與西歐市場，然而，相較於2023年Galaxy S23系列在這些市場60%的銷售占比，S24在中東、非洲等新興市場的需求顯著增長，顯示Samsung成功拓展市場版圖。
隨著各大手機OEM將GenAI技術視為高階機型的核心差異化優勢，具備GenAI功能的智慧型手機採用率持續提升。2024年十大最暢銷機型中，已有五款搭載GenAI功能，預計2025年這一比例將進一步上升。
